This day the first day of 2022 offers up to us an opportunity to throw off our old habits and create ones that empower not only ourselves but the Universe as a whole. This Earth is a living breathing entity. If we honour our lives we would respect the earth, our fellow beings and all sentient life. While we breathe the breath of life we have to embrace the wind of change.
