We have to strive to be better than we were at every moment in our lives. If we don’t grow, we stagnate. Stagnation breeds distrust, fear and hatred. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

We are all valuable, we need to be supportive of ourselves in all areas of our lives. Who we are is dependent on how we view ourselves. © Norma Bobb-Semple

We like to hold on to habits, things and relationships. We have to let them go when they are no longer serving our best interest. Everything has its season so let’s cleanse ourselves of those people and things that clutter our lives. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022
Life is like living in the forest where you have to be aware of your surroundings. The way disingenuous people present themselves to us is like a window dressing, what we see isn’t always what is. We have to follow our instincts at all times, © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022
