Many of us wear the mask of pretence. We show up, not as ourselves, but as how we think people would perceive us to be. It’s hard operating outside of our true self. Every moment is an opportunity for us to have an honest conversation with ourselves and choose whether we will be our authentic self or whether we will continue to live under the veil of pretence.
