We are on a psychotic course, collision is inevitable. Earth is our mother, she sustains life after birth and cradles it after death. Greed and avarice destroys lives, but compassion and love boosts and energizes it. No one is on their way to help us, the dinghy we are in is sinking, we can swim ashore or remain on board and go down with it. In life choice matters. We have to remember that this life of ours is transient but love is eternal.
