Obsession equals stress. When we are preoccupied with putting our thumbs on other people’s pulses the only one who is left with an acute headache is the one trying to keep scores. Life is too short for us to be following lockstep after our perceived competitors. We are all here on a mission to fulfill our purpose. Power lies within but if we constantly look outside of ourselves for validation it eclipses our mission of finding our purpose.
