Our interactions with each other should never be transactional. If we believe we are due monetary rewards for every kind thought, word or deed then we should put our services up for sale. We have to stop treating people as though they hold the keys to our fortune. A life built on trust and honesty can never fold like a deck of cards. Apparences can be deceiving.
