We have to think on what we say and do all of the time. Life is like a rollercoaster, the ride comes to an end in due time. Sacrifice should not have a seat at our table especially when we feel that we must sacrifice our own needs in preference to someone else’s needs and wants. We are all sacred, and service to self comes before every other service.
