We have to look at ourselves in the mirror and minutely examen all of our facets. It is only by critically looking at where we have been, who we are in this moment, and how we want to transform ourselves in the future can we begin to change our lives, the lives of our fellow human beings, all sentient lives and the planet. Change begins and ends with us.
