Quitting

When is the perfect time for quitting. The perfect time is based on an individual basis. Quitting isn’t only associated with romance and familial relationships, it is also about work, business and choices. We aren’t charitable organizations and our decisions ought not to be based on what people expect from us. Our holistic and mental health are what is important for our well being. Don’t allow other people to bring you down. If they need psychological and financial help that isn’t your job, there are professionals you can refer them to. Always remember if you don’t take care of you no one else will. A lot of people will take advantage of you if you don’t look out for yourself.
