Kindness, patience, love, hope, gratitude and fortitude are virtues worth putting into practice.   We rise every morning to a new day, a new beginning.  Let’s travel lightly and leave behind, self hatred, greed, hopelessness and jealousy.  Rebirth is an everyday experience and for that I am grateful.
