We tend to look  upon the dark phases of our lives as the greatest hindrances to our success.  These stumbling blocks we portend are what prevented us from reaching our full potential.  Life is a continuous circle of lessons.  There is always a lesson to be  learned from every situation.   Taking a step back and asking, what is the moral, in every situation, would bring us to a place of clarity and self responsibility.   It is not what happened, it is the lessons we learned from it.
