How many times have we accused others of being controlling?  Before we utter the words “I am grown” we should do some introspection and ask ourselves what it is we are reflecting.   If we live in denial and do not aspire to lather ourselves in self love we will be at the behest of the users and manipulators.  This journey is short and we must aspire to live it in honesty and integrity.
