The Disease of Consumption

Most of us are consumed with getting rich and enjoying the finer things in life. We care less of how we amass our riches. We mine human beings, pay low wages, charge high rents, complain about their inability to rise above their circumstances while neglecting to admit that they are wearing invisible chains, chains that are ordered by us.
