If our proclivity is to prey and not serve what does that say about us? If we need to use others as stepping stones so that we can reach acclaim what does that say about us? We need to step back and assess what’s going on so that we can separate the trees from the shrubs. Don’t take your eyes off the goal, which is leaving the world in a better place for future generations to come.
