Why are we so blood thirsty?
Why do we hate?
Why do we steal?
Why do we lie?
Why do we exude jealousy?
Why do we hoard money and resources
when there are so many people in need?
Why do we make housing unaffordable?
Why do we create food shortages
when we know others are starving?
Why, oh why are we a decadent cabal of knaves?
