Don’t descend into darkness if you are in a difficult space. When we are at our wits end it provides an opportunity for us to take stock at what brought us to the place we are in and what needs to be done to excavate us out of the rot we’ve created. It’s never over unless we say so, and as long as we are still breathing we can create the changes we aspire to.
