We have to sit back and reflect on the choices we make, past and present.  Taking stock is an opportunity to see what worked and what were total spoilers.  If we don’t carry out an autopsy of why we do what we do there can’t be a catalyst for change.  To grow is to evolve into a more caring, loving, forgiving and empathic being.
