Commitment
If we aren’t committed in our relationships, whether familial or social we should let it go. If we are comfortable with being duplicitous, we have to ask ourselves why. If we can’t be sincere with others how can we be sincere with ourselves? © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Free Will
We have free will. We can assert our power to choose. Every choice is redeemable. We aren’t bound to family, places or association. Sometimes the best remedy is to walk away. This life we have is ours to live as we see fit. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Choice
Striving to be better today than yesterday is what we should aspire to do. The choices we make determines our circumstances. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Relationships
We have to stop investing in relationships whether familial or romantic if there is no reciprocity. Attachment prevents us from letting go. Nothing lasts forever. Our peace and sanity is more important than being shackled to repugnant relationships. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Need = Investment
Giving money to the needy won’t solve their problems. What they need is a credible plan and investment in order to create their own financial independence. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Pain

Craft
Every day offers us an opportunity to be better at what we do. We aren’t cast in a mold. Crafting who we want to become is beholden to each of us. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Knowledge
Do we know who we are? If we don’t know who we are how can we experience our catharsis. There has to be place of reference, for without that we can’t transcend. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023
Behaviour
