Feeling Alive

We have to ask ourselves what it is that makes us feel alive. If it is our toys we need to also ask ourselves if our toys can sustain our health. Prioritizing our health is the best decision we can make. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

Adulthood

We have to look at ourselves through our inner microscope and if we find one scintilla of evidence that our behaviours are juvenile then we have to self correct and retake our place as an adult. Our state of being is the direct result of our hypocrisy. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

Grief

Grief is like that favourite book of ours, we read it often because of the clarity it brings to our thoughts. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

Mending the Tears

The tears I am referring to is not the act of weeping, it’s is the brokenness within us, like the tears in our clothing. The time for reparation is now because if we don’t repair the tear before it rends the results would be catastrophic. We have to mend ourselves, our bitterness, self aggrandizement, superiority, […]

Valentine’s Day

Let’s remember that love doesn’t only bloom on February 14, it has to be celebrated everyday. Cheers to those who extend love to themselves and their loved ones every moment of everyday. © Norma Bobb-Semple

Collectors

Some of us have collections of the things we love and want to admire in our homes, whether it be stones, ornaments, or dolls, etc. We have to be weary about collecting confidants and friends because relationships are not about quantity, it is about quality. We lose people all the time whether by death or […]

Service

Service to our fellow human beings and all living sentient beings on this earth is the greatest devotion we can offer to each other. We are not here to sow hate, denigrate and obliterate. We are here as vehicles of peace. We are here to honour our Mother, Earth. Like the flame of a candle, […]

Symptom

What we are experiencing or seeing right now might only be the symptom of a larger problem. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

Be weary

We have got to be weary of people who are always prying into our business, wanting to know everything. The question we need to ask of yourselves is: If this person cannot help me why am I confiding in him or her? Those with an appetite to know all will tell all. © Norma Bobb-Semple […]

Judgmental

We often make assumptions about why people school us about our actions and we label these interventions as judgmental. If love each other we cannot be silent bystanders. No conscious person would see another person floundering in the dark and not guide them to the light. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022
