What Matters

Security and well being of ourselves and our kids is of utmost importance. Staying in a caustic work environment robs us of the ability to assess what matters to us. Time misspent can be a source of sorrow and regret. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Transparency

If we aren’t transparent we would find ourselves having to cover the stench of our actions. The time for regret is before our transgression. There is no culpability just rancour and bigotry. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Think

Don’t overthink. When an idea comes to you from within listen to it and do it, no if’s or but’s. If you don’t put what you are told into action you’ll regret your tardiness in due time. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Knowledge

When we know that the events in the world is cyclical why is there a need for grief and regret. Now is when relationships should be savoured, especially the one we have with ourselves. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023

Ownership

We have to take responsibility for our action or inaction. Owning up frees us from regret and disappointment. Things are what they are, we can’t go back but we can in this moment make choices that can impact our lives in a positive way. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2023

Think on It

Before speaking we have to process why we want to deliver our message and how it would impact us and our intended audience. If we deliberate on what we say, when we say it and why we say it there won’t be any need for regret. Forethought is better than afterthought. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2022

Risks

Risks should be avoided if we want to live without regrets. Always be decisive before taking action. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2021
