For Sale

There is a myriad of reasons why we sell ourselves. One of the reasons might be to fit in, gain notoriety, or being paid an amount of money we just can’t refuse. We jive for scraps because of our failure in recognizing our worth. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Goals

We have to have goals in our lives. Without goals we become like leaves tossed by the wind. Purpose has to be our mantra. Fear, jealousy and hatred has to be cast aside. When we dwell on other people’s success or failure we sabotage our own endeavours. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Accountability

We created the problem, but we avert our eyes to the collapse happening as a consequence of our actions. Instead of taking action we expect others to pull us out of the mire. We are each responsible for our own successes and our failures. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Compulsion to Know

We have to let go of the need to insert ourselves in other people’s business. The only business we should be invested in is our own business. Dwelling on someone else’s success or failure robs us of the ability to carve our own success story. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Planning

We can make deliberate plans but if we fail to act on those plans our success becomes negligible. Without an invested interest in our affairs we are bound to fail. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2025

Growth

Lack of growth fosters stagnation. Every moment offers us an opportunity to be better than we were before. Our choices are the crème de la crème to our success or failure. Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Living a Life

To live a full life we have to have a plan, there has to be a blueprint, systems have to be carved out. Everything has to work in unison. Our success or failure is determined by how invested we are in creating the life we want. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Ownership

We have to own our words and our actions. Whatever we do we have to be intentional about it. Making hasteful decisions is a recipe for failure. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2021
