Dismissive

People who are dismissive have no respect for others, they believe they are accountable only to themselves and that people have got to accept them as they are. Draw boundaries, especially if they are dependent on your empathy and compassion. Teach don’t preach. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Healing our Past

Before healing can occur there has to be an acknowledgement of the part we are playing, whether beneficially or by collusion or complicity. If we refuse to heal our ancestral past we like our ancestors will continue to live the life they embraced. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Honesty

We have got to be honest with ourselves. If we are deceitful and manipulative it metastasizes back into our lives. Chaos rides on a decadent chariot. The sowers always reaps according to the seeds they sow. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Constantly commit to being your best self. Every moment offers the opportunity for us to dissect every aspect of our lives. Disappointed

We cannot control the results of things we have no control over.  There has to be a backup plan, a way forward.  When we are prepared every answer is a positive answer for it galvanizes us towards finding solutions. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024
