Healing our Past

Before healing can occur there has to be an acknowledgement of the part we are playing, whether beneficially or by collusion or complicity. If we refuse to heal our ancestral past we like our ancestors will continue to live the life they embraced. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Constantly commit to being your best self. Every moment offers the opportunity for us to dissect every aspect of our lives. Our weaknesses are our greatest strength, eradicating them creates a better version of ourselves. If we are not true to ourselves how can we be true to any one else. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Disappointed

We cannot control the results of things we have no control over.  There has to be a backup plan, a way forward.  When we are prepared every answer is a positive answer for it galvanizes us towards finding solutions. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024

Disembowelled

Needy for Time

Do you need time? I am always in need of time. Time has to be managed. I try to micro manage my time but time cannot be captured. I do what needs to be done in the moment, and I am grateful for every twenty four hours of every day. © Norma Bobb-Semple 2024
